In order to engage these partner networks to promoting key messages of COVID 19 through their ongoing programmes, UNICEF developed a package on Response and Containment measures for Community Based Organizations. This package intended for the training of the partners staff includes power point presentations and a Pocket Book. This pocketbook has various topics related to COVID-19 and each topic has '5 to do actions' for CSO field staff and CBOs such as SHGs/MAS/PRIs etc to perform as response and containment measures towards coronavirus in India. This pocketbook serves as a ready reference for CSO and CBO members post training and the pdf can be loaded on WhatsApp and be a handy guide.

Risk communication and community engagement (RCCE) will be the mainstay for the containment of COVID-19. This Radio PSA /caller tune has been developed for the general public in all 36 states and union territories in India and activated across 22 telecom sectors in India. The caller tune reminds the public that the fight is against the ailment of coronavirus and not the ailing. It requests people to take care of those affected and not discriminate against them. It also reminds us to respect and support our front line workers like doctors, healthcare workers, sanitation workers, police officers, and others. It also provides the central helpline number 1075 and sate helpline number 104 which is to be contacted for more information.
